Removed the Tree Man Chronicles and added an important link to The Michael Cribbins Memorial Page I set up for a dear friend that recently passed away.

Added a page devoted to my new wedding service that I am offering to Portland/Vancouver people.

Can't make up my mind. A friend pointed out why my XHTML 1.1 Strict wasn't working and it was so simple I switched back. So I am once again XHTML 1.1 Strict and not going back!

08/17/2005
Downgraded myself from claiming to be XHTML 1.1 Strict because apparently I no longer validate. I'm sticking with stable branches from now on. I'm now XHTML 1.0 Strict.

02/23/2005
Added a new separate section to my site dedicated to X10 and Home Automation. You can see it in my X10 Home Automation Section.

11/23/2004
Added a link to www.NoSoftwarePatents.com via an icon. Why? Because it is important and Linus alluded to the fact that it was a good idea.

11/05/2004
Added a page about IPV4 stuff to my wiki.

09/16/2004
Made a handful of updates to my index page. I realized I had been throwing this and that on it and it was definitely time to reorganize my thoughts. I also reworked my meta tags a bit so they were less annoying to search engines.

Welcome to hell! I've been working more on Song Crossfire as Google somehow made it completely vanish off of the face of the net. We used to be on top and then everything went to hell.. So we are trying to get it back up in the ranks. I also put up pictures a while back of my family's trip to Walupt Lake. And while I'm on the subject of getting higher web rankings, I'll give another shout out to my girlfriend's website. Apparently google likes that... OH, AND FINALLY! I've moved my site changes to my Site News page to trim down on the crap on my home page. I'll keep the latest 3 changes on the main page.

Added my "Been Geeked" icon on the side to show that I had made Geek Of The Week!

08/19/2004
Added a new section to the site called The Tree Man Chronicles!

Well, I have added to my Wiki a bit, and I would highly suggest checking out the Darryl & Jerry's Song Crossfire part of the site. That's where most additions have been made.

05/05/2004
Boy have I slacked... I've been moving and whatnot and haven't added to my list of site changes. First I had a hell of a time with the phone company read about them in my QWest is the QWorst page. Then I added the Darryl & Jerry's Song Crossfire section which is a whole new site apart from this one, but still under this same domain for now. Other than other possible tiny itsy bitsy changes that was it.

I'm a theme-aholic. Added yet another one. This one is much darker than all of the others, but if you like that kind of thing, then this may be the one for you. Try out my Black & Blue theme.

03/03/2004
Added a new Theme. It was actually inspired by clothes that I happened to be wearing. That alone has actually opened up a whole new list of things I can do with my website. I can just use some of my clothes to get color schemes. So, I named my first theme based on clothes, Wardrobe.

Today I decided to make my style Version 2 - Red my default style. So anyone new to the site can only see the blueness of my old one if they visit my Change Theme page. My version 2 was clean enough that I decided it was time to use one, and Red seemed to get the biggest raves from friends and family with green being a close following. I added some more comments into my css file, and did a lot of consolidation which only saved about 500 bytes worth of data, but it was fun and worth it.

02/26/2004
I redid most of my version 2 stuff, changed straight Version 2 to be Version 2 - Green because I decided to go with the whole RGB thing and build a Version 2 - Red. THEN, I got stuck on trying to make logos that I could get some friends to partially agree on. That was a chore. All in all I'm mostly happy with all three of them now, and totally sickened by my 'Original' site design. Possibly tonight I'm going to go for a new random design to add to my list. The power of CSS still amazes me.

02/25/2004
Today I added a page that allows you to switch CSS layouts. It is very cool. I suggest trying out "Version 2 - Blue". When doing so, I realized how bad PmWiki was when it comes to messing with my site. So I went searching and found a new Wiki. It was easy to wrap my site around it, and very easy to add functionaily. You can see it at TipiWiki. And I officially got rid of my guestbook.

02/24/2004
I revamped my menu system on the side so it uses unordered lists and CSS instead of nasty html, and I fixed the few lines in pmwiki that were causing it to be invalid syntax. So now my icons are showing up on my wiki as well. All that leaves is my guestbook which I'm considering yanking due to jackasses that keep posting links to sites that claim to increase the size of your _________.

02/12/2004
Implimented my new picture gallery. I had realized the only reason it wasn't Valid XHTML 1.1 was because I had messed up the template I created for my site within the software itself. So with that fixed, it is officially valid which makes it my new full time picture gallery.

02/11/2004
Hot dog!!! Last night I redesigned my site to be Valid XHTML 1.1, and Valid CSS2. The sight doesn't really look any different other than my well deserved icons on the left that show I am valid. Mainly what changed was I had to convert my template to be completely CSS and fix a big handful of HTML things that 'worked' but weren't proper. The only pages that are NOT valid are most of my 3rd party software like my wiki and my guestbook. I will later dynamically remove those icons on anything that I can't guarantee to be valid.

02/10/2004
Well my friend/cousin started a blog, and I figured. What the hell, I've never done one before so I might as well try. So I'm starting my blog here.

02/09/2004
I'm testing out a new picture gallery software called singapore. It's really nice and VERY easy to wrap your site around. Anyway, you can see my new (still in testing) picture gallery here.

This is kind of a continuation of my Zolan's Meaningful Music page. This page is about lyrics that strike emotions or deep thoughts even when the rest of the song doesn't really pertain to you. This new page is called the Zolan's Deep Lyrics page.

10/17/2003
Well, I've had it set up before today, but I'm now unleashing it on the public. I now have a Wiki on my site. I just decided since I have to learn things day in and day out, I might as well add the info to my website, and what better way to do that than with a Wiki!

07/23/2003
I've been wanting to make a page like this for a long time... I have grabbed a handful of songs which have special meaning to me and well.. Just check it out. Zolan's Meaningful Music page.

FYI, I just put up two more pages, both simple and not really important. One page is a page about various quotes that I have heard throughout my life. The other page is a page with my pretty little pictures of my certifications. It's nothing more than a 'See, look what I can do!' page so I don't expect you to go visit it. However, if you like little quotes and stuff visit the quotes page.

Ok, I've lived in Portland TOO DAMN LONG, and things are starting to annoy me a bit. Anyway, I wrote a rant about me starting an anti-anti-war movement. Not because I specifically think this war is the greatest thing since sliced bread, which I don't, but because I'm sick of people starting anti-war protests in which they get violent or cause havoc. In my opinion they are nothing more than terrorists once they get to that point. So if you are interested in reading it, let me know. Otherwise I no longer have a link to it directly.

I have to give a plug to my hosting provider. Great service, great price... I have no complaints! If you are ever in need of hosting, please check them out. You can find more information about them here.
